When renting a studio, it’s good to know what to expect from the space and the availability of the AV, furniture, and windows. These are our three studios:
The Green Screen studio is perfect for pitches and presentations with video. The studio is completely set up as a green room, so you can project any background that fits your story. Obviously, AV support is present if requested.
The Interview studio is located in one of the most special places in Amsterdam. From the boardroom on the 9th floor of B.3, you have amazing views over the ring road of Amsterdam, the CBD South-Axis and Schiphol. It is ideal for taping a video message, organising a photoshoot of your team or conducting an interview. It’s a ‘bring your own device’ space furnished with lamps, chairs or a sofa.
De Broadcast studio is fitted out as a complete turn-key livestream studio, equipped with all the technology, cameras, lighting and a crew to assist you in running a full live stream production.
Organising a meeting is more than just booking the right space. There are lots of decisions involved that influence the success of your event. Our event managers and preferred partners have lots of experience to help you make the best choice in audiovisual assistance, catering and more. So you can focus on the contents of your event.
Every meeting is different, and that’s why our AV-partner Seeing and Hearing will discuss your needs on audiovisual, green screen, live stream and more beforehand.
Start your event with a kickstart breakfast and continue with a light lunch. Close the day with snacks and drinks or a served dinner. It’s all possible, from coffee to cheeseboard, from cappuccino to calamari – our caterer Vermaat will compile a custom menu to delight all your attendees.
Many companies have organised events at B. Large events for more than 800 visitors or booking our studio for a livestream with an international audience are all possible. Because we offer such diverse space, there are always enough rooms for breakout sessions. Smaller groups can also quietly come together as they like. The advantages of your event at B.:
