The B. Smart City Hub is the ideal location for last-mile solutions and storage for your inventory and transhipment. All the spaces are flexible, providing ample space for small and large inventories. Because we are located near the A4, A9, and A10 and the main roads leading into Amsterdam, West and South, it is also a practical spot for last-mile transport. Included with renting storage space is a B. membership, allowing you to work amidst other entrepreneurs with your inventory within arm’s reach. Need more space for your team? Rent a private office near the storage hub. Anything goes at B.
Since 2022, Heineken has used the Smart City Hub for the transhipment of beer tanks. Small, electric tank beer trucks deliver beer tanks throughout Amsterdam’s city centre.
Picnic is the most well-known online supermarket in The Netherlands and has been partially located in the Smart City Hub since 2019. From here, they deliver groceries to the citizens of Amsterdam.
Padelcasa is the fastest-growing webshop in Padel rackets. This hasn’t gone unnoticed because they grew from 0 to 200 sqm of storage within the Smart City Hub with their serviced model.
The B. Smart City Hub is located right next to the A4, A9 and A10, making it the strategic choice as the starting point to serve Amsterdam. The business units are accessible 24/7 and have an elevated ramp with overhead- and wicket doors at the back of the building. The space has a flexible layout, and the exteriors have lots of space for parking.

B. is one of the largest event locations in Amsterdam and the ideal place for fairs, trade shows and conferences with various break-out rooms. Smaller meetings are also welcome at B. We have meeting units of all sizes, fitting 8 to 1000 people. We can also brainstorm with you on your event programming and add sports activities in the Bgym or on the padel courts with drinks or a dinner afterwards in our rooftop restaurant Bar Bistro Bureau.
