Since 2022, Heineken has been storing the transshipment of tank beer in the Smart City Hub. Small, electric tanker trucks will deliver the tank beer in downtown Amsterdam.

Picnic is the Netherlands' best-known online supermarket and has been located in the Smart City Hub since 2019. From here, they deliver groceries to the residents of Amsterdam.

Padelcasa is the fastest growing webshop in padel rackets. We have noticed this, as they have grown within the Smart City Hub from 0 to 200m2 of storage to grow from there to a serviced model.

B. Amsterdam padel.

The popularity of padel is exceptional and it is no different with us. As true pioneers of this sport, we have been known for several years as the go-to place for padel in Amsterdam. We have 12 indoor padel courts, one of which is suitable for 1-on-1 pots.

Create your own padel poule at the office, find your new padel buddy through the B. community app or visit us in the evening with your group of friends. During off-peak hours, padel is free for members and courts are also bookable by non-community members.

Bgym.

For a healthy mind, a healthy body is important. Maintain your body or challenge yourself - however you exercise, you can always get in at the Bgym. Live it up during HIIT or on the boxing floor. Take group classes, book a PT session or work out on your own. The Bgym is open to everyone and B. community members get a discount.
