B. Amsterdam is led by a team of 18 colleagues. These are the facility managers, community managers, event managers and the finance and creative department. On our 40,000m2, spread over 3 buildings, you can work, attend events, exercise, eat, drink and for example go to the physio. How do we make sure this keeps running and growing? At B. Amsterdam, we’re looking for an enthusiastic Rent & Community Manager. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for new members—from outbound outreach and tours to closing deals for our office units. You’ll ensure that every member feels at home at B. from day one, and that doesn’t stop with the signature: you’ll stay involved and help build a close-knit, valuable community.
Do you have strong analytical skills, and do you also get a boost from contributing creative ideas?
At B. Amsterdam, we’re looking for an enthusiastic digital marketer. In this role, you’ll be in charge of the factors that drive our online conversion to leads: from strong ad concepts and a well-defined customer journey to optimized landing pages. You won’t stop at the lead itself—you’ll also ensure that our sales and events teams can proactively reach out to the right people, so that every lead ends up in the right place.

At B., we host more than 1,000 events per year: from meetings in a small room to amazing company parties in our rooftop event space to hackathons for groups of 500+ people. Anything is possible.
