At B., you often don't just rent a space. There are endless opportunities for branding, entertainment and sports that can take your event to a new level.
When it comes to F&B, we can always create a customized menu. Our in-house caterer will take care of it for you: breakfast and appetizers, plant-based or not, luxury or nice and basic - appropriate to your event.
We are one of the largest event venues in Amsterdam. We host around 1,200 events annually.
B. consists of three nearby buildings with a total of 44 event rooms suitable for 2 to 800 people, from 40m2 to 1000m2. Check here to see which one is suitable for your group.
Sometimes you need more space for your meeting, or want to meet outside your own office. Then rent a meeting room at B.
We have spaces that are slightly different, from greenhouse to container, with lots of daylight or not.
An external meeting space often leads to new insights, surprising conclusions or inspiring creativity.

Then Bright Lab is the ideal meeting space for your group. An environment of the future to come together about your future plans.
Planning to create content? We have separate spaces for that too, with and without a green screen. Are you going to record a video or organize a livestream? Then our studios are the perfect backdrop and well-equipped to do your business presentation justice.
In addition to the studios, we also have a separate room that is very suitable for boardroom style interviews and corporate photo sessions with views of Amsterdam, Schiphol Airport and surroundings.
Because we host about 1,200 events annually, our event managers are good sparring partners to help think about your event. They are full of playful ideas on how to integrate your corporate identity, energizers to put the audience back on edge or social and sports program elements to really surprise people.

Organizing a meeting does not stop at just booking an appropriate space. There are more decisions that affect the success of your programming.
Our event managers and regular partners often know from experience what the best choice is for AV, catering and more. This allows you to keep the focus on the content.
Every meeting is different, which is why our AV partner Seeing and Hearing is happy to meet with you to discuss audio-visual, green screen, livestream and more requirements.
Start your event with a kickstart breakfast and continue with a light lunch. End the day with a drinks reception or served dinner.
Anything is possible, from coffee to cheese platters, cappuccinos to croquettes – our caterer Vermaat is happy to create a menu that will delight all participants.
Many companies have already hosted events with us. Large events for more than 800 visitors to booking our studio for a live stream, or our interview studio as a backdrop of your corporate photography, it's all possible.
With all these different spaces, there are plenty of rooms for break-out sessions.
