For renting meeting rooms or large event spaces, B. is your location in Amsterdam. Surprising spaces like a greenhouse, ship container, roof terrace or industrial area – organise your next conference, meeting, sales pitch and off-site for your team here. We can always find a fitting room for your event or meeting because we have so many different spaces for large and small groups. Add your branding to the finest details, giving the area the desired look. We would also like to assist you in programming your event: an interesting speaker or DJ, a gym session, or a padel tournament. We can always create a custom menu for your group regarding food and drinks. Our in-house caterer takes care of everything: breakfast or bites, vegan or not, deluxe or back to basic – what fits your event best.
We are one of the biggest event locations in Amsterdam. Annually, we host about 1200 events. B. consists of three buildings within walking distance, with 44 event rooms suited for 2 to 800 people. The event spaces vary from 40 to 1000 sqm; together, we can find the best room for your group.
Some meetings require more space than others, or sometimes you want to convene outside the office. Rent a meeting room at B. We have slightly different spaces, from greenhouse to ship container, with lots of natural light or blacked out. An external meeting room often leads to new insights, unexpected conclusions or inspired creativity.

Planning to create content? We also have separate rooms, with or without a green screen. Are you filming a video or organising a livestream? Our studios are the perfect backdrop and are well-equipped to make your company presentation shine. Besides our studios, we have a separate space that suits your boardroom-style interviews and company photo sessions with an amazing view of Amsterdam and Schiphol Airport.
It’s because we host 1200 events per year that our event managers are great conversation partners to brainstorm with about your event. They have many bright and refreshing ideas on integrating your branding, energisers to get the audience going or social and sportive activities to surprise anyone. Organising a meeting is more than just booking the right space. There are lots of decisions involved that influence the success of your event. Our event managers and preferred partners have lots of experience to help you make the best choice in audiovisual assistance, catering and more. So you can focus on the contents of your event.
Start your event with a kickstart breakfast and continue with a light lunch. Close the day with snacks and drinks or a served dinner. It’s all possible, from coffee to cheeseboard, from cappuccino to calamari – our caterer Vermaat will compile a custom menu to delight all your attendees.
Many companies have organised events with us. Large events for more than 800 visitors, booking our studio to host live streams, or renting our interview studio as the backdrop for corporate photography are all possible. Because we offer such diversity in event spaces, there are always enough rooms for breakout sessions. Smaller groups are also welcome to meet as they prefer. The advantages of your event at B.:
